Mark and his wife wanted to return to Germany with their pets and didn’t want to go through the hassle of updating their home. More importantly they wanted the surety to plan their lives and move with military precision and this required certainty.

A hiccup messed the original plan up once he discovered there’s a 90 day wait period for the pets’ and their vaccinations to enter the European Union. He contacted us and we re-structured the deal so that they fly out on day 91 with no stress, no hassles about the house or affairs left in South Africa.

Father passed and Bank was foreclosing  – Joey and family share their experience selling to Quick Buy

Joey’s husband passed away in 2016 leaving the family without their main bread winner. Being frugal with what they had and paying accounts the family couldn’t pay their bond installments. Their bank started foreclosing on them and would have taken the house, sold it for cents and kicked them out to the street.

We came alongside Joey and family, found out at what stage the estate was, closed their Dad’s estate, stopped the forthcoming Sheriff auction, bought the house and enabled the family to fulfil their longstanding Dad’s dream of moving to Durban.

Gordon and his family were tired of the hectic lifestyle of Johannesburg and made plans to move to Port Elizabeth.
